Blocks!!
Keegan's favorite past time is stacking blocks..he will do it for hours..and mommy likes it because it is the only time he agrees to stand unassisted. Win-win for both of us.
He will take an occasional break from the blocks for some book time!

Wahoo!!!!!
Mommy got her computer back!! (Thank you Aunt Rita.) Now blogs really will come more frequently..she couldn't stand Daddy's computer.
We promised some pictures from Keegan's weekend in Des Moines---
Ok, lets start with Lexa--can you say Diva?
Cousins! They had so much fun playing together all weekend
Does life get any better????
The whole gang (minus Grandma) turning the hot tub into the swimming pool
Munchin' on a pretzel...starting to see a whole lot more chub these days
The trend continues..eating..beets this time...apparently they are tasty!
Wait...mommy's heart was able to melt just a little bit more!
13 months and 3 days: Keegan got himself up to standing all by himself!! (not that we've been counting..or watching the days/months pass by)
Keegan also took 3-4 steps to get to mommmy today at day care! It was a definite fluke however, as Keegan didn't stop to think and just let go of the chair and took off. Needless to say, mommy and Miss Judy's eyes about bugged out of their head. Walking is just around the corner!

13 Months!!
Mommy is hijacking Keegan's 13 month birthday blog to put up some pictures from Easter...but just so we all know..Keegan is officially 13 months old! A 22 pound, fruit lovin, non walkin wild man!!
Anyway, Keegan went back to daddy's neck of the woods for Easter and belated birthday celebration. He had a blast!
Getting ready for his day care Easter egg hunt....mommy & daddy scored with that one!
Stoked about Keegan's "cake' she made...I use the word cake loosely
The finished product...I was going to put a picture of what it was supposed to look like but decided not to rain on Nana's parade :) (imagine blocks and letters, and lose the tie dye effect!)
GG lets Keegan eat on the counter out of the cereal bag....visits there will be limited

Kona's Easter best...he was being outdone by his cousins Dawson and Zoey (picture a button up polo on a 4 lb dog and a tutu on a yorkie)

The last picture was taken today and mommy couldn't resist adding it in...Keegan and Mommy went to Des Moines for a night with Grandma, Fabulous Aunt Kay, Aunt Cari, & Cousin Lexa. Keegan and his cousin had SO much fun playing together! They are hot tubbing it like pros!
More pictures from the weekend to come later. Needless to say, Keegan in a hotel is like Daddy in Cabelas--oober excited and unable to settle down enough to sleep. At all. Goodnight!

Spring Has Sprung!
Keegan has been loving the warm (hottish) weather lately. He has played outside a ton and also spent some time in the stroller with mommy....(some running, but mostly at the outdoor mall!).
Keegan was shopping with mommy and after his hot dog decided he needed to "chill"
When giggling is heard from K's bedroom this is what you find...him sitting on his fan with mommy's eye drops in his mouth ...it's only a matter of time before poison control is called

Commentary is short as the commentator is watching the KU/Kentucky game with Daddy and it's getting ugly. Maybe next year guys!
