Time flies!

Mommy had no idea how much time had passed since a blog had been posted!! Thanks to getting a new phone and going through pictures on the old one to ensure we didn't lose any, thousands were found that had not yet been shared! No worries, you are only forced to look at the favorites!

Since last time, Cooper has started day care, Mommy is again contributing to society, Cooper has turned 2 months old ( and now almost 11 weeks!) Cooper was baptized, and Keegan continues to be the same old sweet, wild, never-stops-talking, awesome big brother! Halloween preparations are underway...and would be further along if a certain 3 year old would make up his mind on a costume. Anyway, onto pictures..

..And Keegan LOVES camping...especially when there are GIANT marshmallows involved!

One Friday Keegan and Mommy decided to have a date so we left Cooper at day care for a few hours....cupcakes were had, hair was cut, and shopping done!

Trip to the Apple Orchard!

And so ends the recap of the last 3 weeks. We will try our best to be more frequent with the pictures! A few notes about Cooper at 2 months...

*12.2 pounds
*23.5 inches
*super big head, no idea on inches but 95%
*sleeps 7-9 hours and then another 3ish...he is an awesome sleeper and mommy is extremely thankful!
*loves to watch big brother...smiles as soon as he sees him!
*almost always happy and smiley...but look out when he gets hungry, he means business!
*has recently discovered he has hands..and he has no idea what to do with them but spends hours looking at them in amazement
*luckily is extremely laid back because as Mommy types this she notices Keegan half sitting on Cooper's face....
*is such an awesome addition to our family...can't imagine life without him now!

The Final Week.

And so it is. Mommy returns to work on Monday. The final week has been full of snuggles and fun! Cooper is such a laid back and easy baby and now full of smiles! Not a lot has happened in the past week but Keegan talked Mommy into a trip to the zoo..which she nervously braved alone with 2 kiddos. They did fantastic!

7 weeks old!

Cooper went to day care 2x this week for 2 hours so he (ok mommy) could practice..Keegan and his buddy Logie looked after him!

Kona FINALLY admits and acknowledges there is a new baby in the house..only too 7 weeks

Mommy braved the zoo with a 3.5 year old and a 7 week old...they did great, the weather was beautiful, and we had a fantastic day!

For some reason some of the zoo pictures won't upload...Mommy has zero patience so rest assured, we had a great time at the zoo! Stay tuned to hear how the first days of work/day care go!

6 Weeks!

Cooper is 6 weeks old today! Time is flying and in 2 short weeks the dreaded day will come when Mommy returns to work..for now we are pretending that day doesn't exist.

Over the weekend Keegan and Cooper and Mommy braved a 5 hour road trip to Iowa to partake in festivities with Mommy's family. It was Rodeo weekend and perfect weather which equaled Keegan's first parade, the apple orchard, pumpkin patch, and grilling/wine drinking at the plantation!

6 weeks have absolutely flown by! Cooper is growing like a weed and becoming smiley and interactive! Keegan continues to be a stellar big brother and makes mommy so proud!
