Life With 2...

Life with 2 is definitely a change! Slowly but surely we are getting into somewhat of a routine. And we are using that word verrry loosely! In the last couple weeks a lot has happened--Cooper turned 1 month, Keegan went to his first carnival, and we took our first road trip as a family of 4! (plus Kona of course)

This one really freaked Mommy out...it was a little too high and Keegan was firmly instructed to hold on and not lean and hold very still...sending him to Kindergarten may be an issue

Mommy and Cooper ventured out for a nice run around the lake...they had almost completed the 3 mile loop when they came to this...flooded trail..so they had to turn around....sigh

Labor Day weekend ended with a gift of mastitis for Mommy...luckily Cooper was willing to just snuggle on the couch

Could Mommy & Daddy be any luckier?!

With 2 kiddos comes double the pictures! At one month Cooper has grown a whopping 3 inches and is 22.5 inches long and was just under 10 pounds! He is consistently sleeping 6-7 hours followed by about 3 at night. He loves being snuggled and just recently told Mommy he really doesn't want to start day care....

Tune in next week to see how Mommy's 5 hour road trip alone with both kids went! Yup she might be crazy...

Visitors, Blow Outs, and Sleep Deprivation!

Keegan and Cooper have had LOTS of visitors the past few weeks! With visitors comes presents for a new baby..and with presents for a new baby comes presents for the big brother--needless to say Keegan is celebrating Christmas in July!

Most recently visitors included Grandma and Fabulous Aunt Kay. Activities included the zoo, eating, shopping, and snuggling little Cooper! In no particular order enjoy the pictures...

Keegan was finally big enough to ride the ferris wheel in Scheels...he loved it..mommy on the other hand has no desire to do it again

And thus concludes the latest edition of Cooper and Keegan. Life with 2 kids is hectic but we wouldn't change it for anything! While Mommy is a bit sleep deprived, we are blessed that Cooper is a super laid back baby who does pretty great at night...usually! He did have his first poop blow out which ran down mommy's legs, up her shorts, up his back and covered his legs and blanket. We are sure there are more of those to come! Tune back soon as we are going to have MORE visitors this weekend to celebrate Cousin Kynnedy's 2nd birthday!

Cooper's First Week

We all survived Cooper's first week (and a half) at home! Keegan is adjusting well for the most part, however a new baby does pose questions! "Can I get new nipples that work to feed Cooper, too? "

If you look closely you will see 2 little critters...they appear to be having too much fun. And mommy appears to be slightly immature

Plenty of other pictures have been taken, however mommy learned a lesson: don't try to filter and delete pics while nursing in the zoo parking lot. Distractions = deleting EVERY picture from mommy's phone.  Sigh.
